Because of the low number of seats available for NEET compared to the number of students that apply, not every student will be able to take the test. Droppers, on the other hand, can prepare well by going through leftovers from the previous year’s NEET. Previous year NEET question papers, according to Gaurav Tyagi, the founder of Career Xpert, are extremely significant and should not be overlooked.
Droppers of NEET 2022 should follow these guidelines:
Droppers’ NEET 2022 preparation tactics will differ from those taking the exam for the first time
- First and foremost, NEET droppers should figure out what went wrong the previous time they took the test.
While studying for NEET UG 2022, try not to dwell on the faults you committed in your previous attempt. - Please jot down your ideas and then work on enhancing them. Pragya Shree, who dropped from AIR 4202 NEET 2021, also recommends taking notes as often as feasible.
- Set a score goal for the NEET test in 2022. Any candidate may obtain a goal score of NEET UG 2022 with frequent practise and adequate preparation. Droppers can do so by researching the cutoffs for the medical schools to which they aspire.
- Dropouts must develop new strategies despite their familiarity with the NEET syllabus and pattern. Aspirants must commit half of their day to preparing for NEET 2022 once they have fixed their target score. It will assist them in developing a winning strategy and achieving success.
- Regularly practise NEET previous year question papers to better grasp the test’s level and structure. The more you practise, the better you’ll do on the day of the NEET 2022 exam.
- While preparing for NEET 2022, candidates are urged to be positive. Surround yourself with people who want to help you succeed in your NEET preparation. Use constructive criticism to help develop NEET 2022 preparation options.
- Candidates should maintain a healthy lifestyle and be conscious that they will not be able to tackle the questions they know and can answer unless they are physically and mentally fit.

The former age limit for candidates in the general category was 25 years, and for those in the reserved category, it was 30 years.
